Orignal, a guy from Russia who prefers to stay anon for a while longer, who started the PurpleI2P project has read the Zerocoin papers and is joining in on it to speed it up, resulting in both Anoncoin with Zerocoin and PurpleI2P are done faster.
We’re discussing internally the change on KGW and will get back to that. We have also been talking about programming PurpleI2P in a way that we can have “libi2p” which can be built into Anoncoin, or connect to external instance if found. Many possibilities, which we discuss at the moment..

Lately I’ve done much “administrative” work regards to PS which includes all project there. The moving of BigBrother (my SSD is starting to reach critical level of little disk space), reviewing code on Repungo launcher, and a lot of talking with different people to get things going. Mostly the stuff I prefer to not do, rather than code. But I will be back on the code front myself real soon. Also note that this is a short post just to give the most vital information out, I will go in details later! Plus a lot is under discussion now that could become real nice, but I’m holding it to myself until I can confirm it. 
As some of you know we do automatic builds of Anoncoin for Windows and Linux, and soon OSX at https://jenkins.nordcloud.no/. We will soon make daily builds downloadable for testers. The same goes for other PS projects or related.
Please also note that PurpleI2P is still under development and is not recommended for daily usage, since it still got privacy issues, also a lot essential is missing even we can use it to surf, chat on IRC etc with the current code in git.
